When I transitioned to F5 Property Limited in 2021, after over 30 years in financial services, I quickly realised that many of the skills I had developed—such as organisation, attention to detail, and relationship management—were directly transferable to property management. Balancing tenant needs with landlord expectations requires the same principles of strong management I had honed in my previous career.

"In 1996, I embarked on a property venture with my brother, which initially ran alongside my (9 to 5) career as a Chartered Civil Engineer. In 2005 I left engineering, fully committing to the management of Intralet.com, later rebranded as F5 Property Limited.
From the outset, my wife Christine and I managed the business, growing it through personal service and technological innovation. Over the years, we've welcomed key team members like Kieran, our Maintenance Manager since 2011 and James, who joined as Operations Manager in 2021 after a distinguished 33-year career in financial services.
